REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:
All Fruitdog products are custom branded and made-to-order, making them final sale.
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items within 30 days of delivery.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us at Contact@fruitdog.net within 30 days
- Provide photos showing the defect or damage
- We will issue a replacement or full refund—no need to return the item
Non-defective items: All sales are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please contact us at Contact@fruitdog.net for return instructions.
For approved defective or damaged item claims, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your claim, please contact us at Contact@fruitdog.net.
